
Salmon Fillets
Our Farm Raised Salmon Specification is among the highest in the industry. The highest attention to trim standard is expected by the farms that we source our product from. Belly, tail and collar trim are very specific to allow our customers use of the entire fillet. At the same time our high industry standards on farmint techniques ensure sustainability of the products we sell.
Prep Tips:
Heat a grill or skillet to medium-high heat. Prepare the salmon fillets or portions by rinsing them, patting them dry and removing any remaining pin bones with tweezers. If preparing with skin on, brush skin side with oil and sprinkle the flesh side with salt and pepper, or a preferred seasoning. Brush the grate or skillet with oil and cook skin side down, covered and undisturbed for 10-15 minutes for a 1” thick fillet. When done, flesh should flake easily. Remove from grill or skillet and serve with lemon wedges or other garnish immediately.
